It was early spring in DC and Annie was playing at the Black Cat. I got to the show insanely early for some reason and these guys opened for her. It was the only time that I've seen an opening band totally shut everyone up. I mean they had everyone's attention because it was so like nothing most of us had ever heard. And it was awesome. I love this song.
